The aim was to identify aspects of vulnerability in the face repeat pregnancies adolescents according sociodemographic, gynecological, obstetric, and contraceptive variables, determine whether or not these were planned. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with quantitative approach 323 postpartum hospitalized rooming-in unit maternity hospital located Center-South region city São Paulo for 12 months. Using Two Step Cluster method, two groups identified by similarity between their variables. 2 made up who had factors unplanned because they higher rates current previous pregnancies, as adopted unsafe sexual practices use justified lack information care its use. Group 1 consisted scheduled pregnancy, thus having different prediction variables from others, such lower number partners spontaneous abortions.
